Mrs. Kari - Infants
"Hello! My name is Kari Lee, and I am the infant teacher at Hico Learning Center. Infants are such a joy to be around! Their curiosity and determination to explore their surroundings is infectious, and I love that. It is my belief that every child is a unique miracle. As a child care professional, it is my responsibility to foster each child's unique personality, and individual needs, by providing a safe, educational environment for the child to flourish.
My career in child care officially began in 2015, and I've never looked back! I started working for Hico Learning Center October, 2018 as a teacher's aide. I'm currently working on receiving my Childhood Development Associate certification, and was recently accepted into Tarleton State University to pursue my bachelor's degree in Child Development.
I have three children; Skylar is in third grade, Katy is in Kindergarten, and Bethany is in the two year old class here at Hico Learning Center. We have a dog named Odie, and a fish named Color. My favorite this to do is read, so I will be spending lots of time reading to your little one! My other passion is learning about God and his love for us. I will pray with your child each day and introduce scripture memorization as a part of our day!
I am so excited to be part of your child's life!"
